What is EventConnect
EventConnect is a convenient online web and mobile application built to help traveling teams access discounted event approved hotels.
All travelling teams attending CCHT Tournaments are required to book their accommodations by submitting their hotel block/booking requests via the booking engine built into the EventConnect system.
This is a "stay to play" event.
Cape Cod Hockey Tournaments are powered by EventConnect. We work very closely with the local hotels to provide the best options on amenities, value, and location.
All rooms must be reserved in EventConnect. (For each team-a minimum of 10 rooms per roster must be booked through EventConnect. See individual hotel page for minimum stay requirements).
CCHT requires that all teams (organization’s home address) outside of a 55 mile radius from Charles Moore Arena (our home arena) must participate in the Stay and Play.
Failure to use EventConnect to book your rooms (book directly through the hotels) may result in disqualification from the tournament and loss of registration fee. Please click here to view Terms and Conditions.
Currently, EventConnect is working with the local area hotels to offer exclusive group rates. Once the rooms become available you will be notified via email from the EventConnect system.

The ability for team managers to efficiently book their hotel reservations at a discounted rate
Each travelling participant has the ability to customize their room reservations specific to their needs
Team Managers can set up a courtesy hold on rooms for the team free of charge!
How to use EventConnect
Access to shop for event discounted rates at approved hotel are available prior to even registration which can be accessed by clicking the LINK FOR YOUR TOURNAMENT (SEE BELOW LINKS). In addition to the block/book now! options are:
After event registration, an account will be created for each team in the EventConnect support system.
The Team Manager/Rep will be emailed their dedicated team booking link which will give you access to the EventConnect Hotel Feed
When the Team Manager/ Rep selects the ream hotel and creates a group block, a unique Team Member booking link is created and emailed to the Team Manager/ Rep to forward to each Team Member who will use this link to book their room within the team block.
