**Spots are reserved based on upon receipt of full payment. The Tournament Director reserves the right to determine final team entries.
Refunds : Any team withdrawing within 45 days of the event will not receive a refund. If any team withdraws any time prior to the 45 day deadline, then a full refund less 50 % administrative cost will be sent out.
